Terms of Service

This website is run by Sheldon Hampton ("we", "us", "our"). These terms apply to the site and to every order placed through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm that the details you give us are accurate and that you're allowed to use the payment method you choose.

All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is added at checkout. We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens vary, so an item may look slightly different in person.

Now and then a price or description is listed by mistake. If that happens with something you've ordered, we'll contact you before it ships so you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. We may cancel orders placed at an obviously wrong price.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if we suspect fraud, or if there's a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll get a full refund.

Payment is taken in full when you place your order, using any of the methods shown at checkout. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify, and we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order, and free on orders over $100. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3–8 business days. The full details are in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You have 60 days from delivery to send something back. How to start a return and how refunds work are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

If you create an account, please keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.

Everything on this site, including the Sheldon Hampton name and logo, photography, product designs, text and layout, belongs to us or to the people who license it to us, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to browse and shop, but please don't copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

If you send us reviews, feedback or photos, you allow us to use them to run and promote the store. Please don't send anything unlawful, offensive, or that belongs to someone else.

Please don't use the site for anything unlawful, try to break or interfere with it, try to get into parts of it you're not meant to, or place fraudulent orders. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

Links to other websites and tools are there for convenience. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability to you for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of [the state or country where your business is registered]. If something goes wrong, please get in touch first. We'd much rather sort it out with you directly.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
